Situated at the core of one of Europe’s most ambitious regeneration initiatives, Plot 23 will play a key role in the Brent Cross Town masterplan, bringing the innovative co-living housing model to the area.

This 315-room co-living development, ranging from six to eight storeys, has been designed to draw on the industrial history of the River Wandle and revive this dormant site into a thriving community hub for residents and the public.

Referencing the industrial heritage of the site and the nature of the River Wandle, Assael Interiors developed the concept and detailed design for this innovative 315-room co-living development with a focus on the array of shared amenity spaces.

Comprising 239 co-living rooms and 31 hotel rooms, this six to eight storey development features a pre-cast concrete façade and proposes a publicly-accessible ground floor incorporating workspace, community space and a public café.

This building aims to create a flagship concept for Kingston. Fully managed under the brand Nineyards Living, it will provide a high-quality and innovative form of shared living with 200 co-living homes.

The vision is for a new 104-room residential co-living development that sits alongside an array of shared amenity spaces distributed across all levels of the building, including a communal kitchen, library, lounge, and landscaped outdoor terraces.
