Regeneration of a brownfield site comprising over 1,000 new homes, the reprovision of employment space with ground floor community and commercial uses, and the retained and converted historic foundry office, all focused around a new open green space.

This vision for this comprehensive masterplan is to regenerate the existing site of the Treaty Centre in the heart of Hounslow by creating a vibrant new mixed-use scheme on the site of the currently under-performing shopping centre.

Queen’s Wharf has united two disparate riverside sites - a derelict office building and the world-famous Riverside Studios - to create a cohesive and vibrant mixed-use development in the setting of the Grade II listed Hammersmith Bridge.

The vision for this former business park in Southall - once the site of the largest margarine factory in the world - will see the delivery of over 2,000 new homes and community, work, retail and leisure spaces, all centred around a new public park.

This development, comprising 795 homes, a state-of-the-art leisure centre and a wide range of commercial space, has brought a new community to the area and has acted as a catalyst for the further regeneration of Lewisham Town Centre.

The conversion of this art deco Grade II listed building gained support from English Heritage and the 20th Century Society. The tower, shoulders and wings were restored and the extensions to the rear were removed to create two landscaped courtyards.

Rejuvenating a triangular city block, the 71-home development comprises a refurbished Grade II listed Georgian terrace, three new complementary brick buildings that complete the ‘triangle’, and a health centre and retail space at ground floor.

As part of a wider masterplan, our design seeks to revive the Pravda building in Moscow and knit together the residential buildings via a multilevel landscape that creates a lively urban space.

Eynsham Drive will bring 272 much-needed homes to Abbey Wood, using its prominent corner location to activate surrounding streets with commercial frontage, including the relocated PDSA pet hospital.

We designed our own studios based on our practice’s vision. Upstairs is the formal ‘work’ area with the ground floor dedicated to interaction and socialising with break-out spaces, meeting areas, a bar and pool table.
