Plot 23, Brent Cross Town

Pioneering co-living in Brent Cross Town

Brent Cross / London

Overview

Situated at the core of one of Europe’s most ambitious regeneration initiatives, Plot 23 will play a key role in the Brent Cross Town masterplan, bringing the innovative co-living housing model to the area.

Located along Brent Terrace and currently used as a car park, the development will deliver 352 co-living rooms designed to foster community and enrich the lives of both residents and neighbours through thoughtfully integrated amenity spaces.

The scheme prioritises both communal living and individual wellbeing, offering a vibrant mix of shared spaces. Ground and lower-ground floors will feature areas for events, communal gatherings, a fully equipped gym, and co-working spaces – all designed to support an active and engaged lifestyle.

The landscape design and upper levels play a central role in creating a strong sense of place, with features such as a wellness spa linked to a tranquil garden, a sky terrace, outdoor cooking areas, and inviting communal spaces for residents.

Architecturally, the emerging design balances between cohesion and character. A varied palette of brick tones gives different parts of the building a distinct yet unified identity, complementing the surrounding context. Deep brick reveals, expressive chevron windows, and refined façade detailing add rhythm, texture, and visual interest while clearly defining communal areas and internal uses.
