Overview
An area rich in heritage and craftsmanship, the design of amenity spaces for this Build to Rent development drew inspiration from Wales industrial past with influences from emerging modern styles.
The design uses a juxtaposing mix of industrial materiality, warm timbers and planting to brighten the space and to create an inviting atmosphere for residents and provide different spaces for relaxation and social interaction.
