Northern Above Bar

Overview

Working with Southampton City Council and English Heritage, we developed a masterplan to stimulate the regeneration of Northern Above Bar. We reviewed the terms ‘culture’ and ‘quartier’ and analysed existing cultural quarters’ characteristics.
