Overview
As a key gateway linking Central Milton Keynes with the wider Campbell Park development, the proposal envisions replacing the existing multi-storey car park with a dynamic residential development, further supporting the city’s expanding Build to Rent sector.
The proposals will deliver 285 high-quality BTR homes, alongside extensive public realm enhancements and an array of new amenity spaces that will complement the existing offerings in the area.
A welcoming public realm is activated by 1100sqm of leisure use at ground and first floor. This space is open for use by the public, creating an active edge to the new, fully accessible public plaza.
The two buildings respond to the character area; a site-wide material palette has been developed with a complementary palette of robust materials across all buildings.
