Assael announces new leadership promotions
We are pleased to announce the internal promotions of Allan Stringer to Head of Compliance, Rob Kreetzer to Associate Director, Will Main to Associate Director and Claire Dimond to Senior Architect.

Allan joined Assael in 2011 and qualified as an architect the following year. His leadership and technical expertise have been instrumental in guiding projects through feasibility, planning, tender, and construction, leading to his promotion to Associate Director in 2019. He has played a key role in shaping and enhancing technical standards across the practice, most recently on the Former Boddingtons Brewery Site development in Manchester, which was the first building control approval application submitted by the practice under the new higher-risk building procedures. Allan is listed on the RIBA Principal Designer Register, and in his new role as Head of Compliance, he will be overseeing delivery of our Principal Designer services and maintaining the organisational capability of the practice. We look forward to his continued leadership on design compliance.

Rob joined Assael in 2015 as a student and qualified as an architect in 2017. Since then, he has made significant contributions to large-scale developments, leading on planning, detailed design, and construction stages, which led to his promotion to Associate in 2022. Rob is currently leading the Colin Road project in Willesden and overseeing the complex technical design of the Nine Elms Overstation scheme, which will deliver 479 new Build to Rent homes. His expertise in technical design and leadership during project implementation made his promotion to Associate Director a natural decision.

Since joining Assael in 2013 as an Architectural Assistant and qualifying as an architect the following year, Will has been a key leader in delivering complex projects through planning and implementation. Promoted to Associate in 2021, he has been instrumental in the development of multiple Build to Rent schemes, including Southall Sidings, set to deliver 460 new homes in Ealing, Digbeth High Street introducing 483 new homes in Birmingham, and the Pier Road scheme, bringing 350 new homes to Newham. His ability to navigate technical design and construction at scale made his promotion to Associate Director an easy decision.

Claire joined Assael in 2022 as a fully qualified architect, bringing with her valuable experience leading multiple architectural projects. Since then, she has quickly demonstrated strong capabilities in the successful delivery of complex schemes, playing a key role in several major Assael developments. She has been instrumental in the delivery of 479 Build to Rent homes as part of the Nine Elms Overstation development. Her contributions to the implementation and technical design of these projects have been significant, making her promotion to Senior Architect a testament to her hard work.
Congratulations again to Allan, Rob, Will and Claire on their well-deserved promotions. We are incredibly proud and excited to see them thrive in their new positions.
