Chiswick Tower repurposes the former office building into a high-quality, sustainable residential landmark, transforming the existing structure into contemporary Build to Rent homes.
Communal spaces at lower and rooftop levels encourage social interaction and wellbeing, while active ground-floor uses bring residents and the wider neighbourhood together.
The development activates frontages along Chiswick High Road, introducing public-facing and commercial uses that enhance the public realm and respond to the high footfall generated by the adjacent Gunnersbury Station. Improved pedestrian and cycle connections further strengthen links across the site to the station beneath.
The design adopts a cohesive palette of materials and tones with a unified façade, drawing inspiration from the building’s original 1960s character to create a timeless architectural identity.
