Assael shortlisted for Architects’ Journal awards
Assael Architecture has been shortlisted for this year’s forthcoming AJ100 Awards in two categories, Practice of the Year and Employer of the Year.
The Practice of the Year award is judged based on the quality of the business and its design output, as well as key business data gathered from the annual AJ100 survey of practices and its employee survey.
The AJ100 bestows Employer of the Year on the best practices from the point of view of employees. This is judged on HR issues including staff satisfaction, workplace culture, benefits and employee turnover. Employers also need show the best initiatives for motivating, training and developing new business in the current climate.
The AJ100, part of the Architects’ Journal brand, is the authoritative survey of the largest architecture practices in the UK (measured by the number of qualified architects employed). The results are showcased in the magazine’s AJ100 issue and at the AJ100 awards and dinner.
