This section of the former British Gas Site situated in Westminster has been converted into 49 affordable apartments. The scheme also includes a cultivated landscape and Ambulance Station.

Extensive research into the history of the site influenced the design concept and pays respect to a century-old axis that runs from the Tate Gallery up through the centre of the scheme.
