The design takes advantage of the bulk of the existing building and turned a redundant MI6 office building into modern quality apartments. The provision for one to one parking, 25% affordable accommodation with courtyard gardens, landscaped terraces and individual balconies help to make this project a realistic working model of inner city refurbishment.
