The restaurant provides for 120 covers within a continental setting.
A spiral staircase leads to the basement where subdued lighting
and extensive use of full height wall mirrors combine to create
a number of discrete areas each with their own intimate atmosphere.
Also included are a wine library, a visible food preparation area,
staff facilities, kitchen and cold store. The toilets are remarkable
for the fact that they have been built deep into the former bank
vaults.
