The design approach to this brownfield, regeneration mixed-use scheme has been to provide a high density, high quality oasis within the existing urban environment. The proposal provides significant public permeability, new public open spaces, a 1.1 acre central square, 50% affordable housing and the refurbishment of the existing Grade II Listed 1940's Wallis House into residential and office use.
