This development comprises a number of new build and existing buildings.
The contemporary design takes a contextual approach and remains
true to its setting within a conservation area. Its form and bold
aesthetic of white render, timber and brick establishes a strong
yet appropriate presence. The eclectic mix and juxtaposition of
adjacent buildings and those on the site have enabled a series of
urban design interventions including a new square and the enhancement
of a narrow street to the rear of the site.
