This entry for an international competition, run by software developer Graphisoft, looks to respond to a complex brief with a flexible, integrated solution. The site is an existing crane base on the banks of the Danube, and is subject to diverse environmental conditions. The centre as a whole is designed to encourage the flow of information - visual, audio, and digital - and juxtaposes a simple exhibition / dining space with a curvilinear, metallic auditorium.
