The proposal is for the conversion of this currently unoccupied Grade II* Listed former Granada Cinema to be converted into 59 one, two and three bedroom apartments and to repair and maintain the existing auditorium for social use.

The design introduces residential accommodation to the existing fly tower and the north façade of the building. Two floors of new build residential accommodation oversail the existing auditorium. These are supported by double height trusses running the length of the building.
